KINOTEKA Polish Film Festival is the annual celebration of Polish cinema, returning to the capital for the 15th edition in March 2017 with an enticing mix of film, music and visual arts featuring an outstanding selection of screenings, UK premieres, curated retrospectives, exhibitions, concerts, interactive workshops, industry master classes (organised jointly with the London Film Academy) and Q&As with celebrated guests, encompassing all aspects of Polish film culture.
Every year, the contemporary cinema programme is delivered as the New Polish Cinema strand already established in its own right and especially popular with the UK-based Polish audience, and is returning for the second year in a row to the centrally located atmospheric Regent Street Cinema, which offers a variety of promotional opportunities to the Festival’s Partners.
Other venues regularly hosting the KINOTEKA PFF screenings and events are The Barbican Cinema, the Institute of Contemporary Arts, and the British Film Institute - BFI Southbank.

Learn Polish Part 3
The third edition of LEARN POLISH, the most popular language learning series on Fun Kids Radio addressed to Polish and mixed nationality families, teachers and educational organisations is aimed to strengthen the cultural ties between Polish and other UK-based communities.
The programme helps UK-based children aged 7-14 either born in Poland or in the UK have the chance to practice their native (or second) language at homes, schools (during national focus weeks), preserving vital contact with their culture and traditions through language.
The LEARN POLISH programme will be broadcast by Fun Kids Radio, a DAB radio station and a multi-channel digital platform dedicated to children and their parents, which communicates educational and entertainment content on all types of mobile devices via podcasts, videos and downloads.
The LEARN POLISH Part 1 and 2, which attracted nearly 4.5 million impressions over the last 12 months only, are already available to download on the Fun Kids Radio website. (link)
Promoting LEARN POLISH Part 3 in the UK will allows us to reach out to over 1m UK-based Polish and mixed nationality families with strong links to Poland and interest in Polish culture through a 12 month long campaign including live and online initiatives accessible across multiple channels. We will be co-hosting live events including themed workshops, family days and popular children’s festivals to facilitate face to face interaction with the target audience.
